The Fresno City College women’s basketball team has returned to the Final Four after a dominant performance against No.3  Santa Rosa College.

Playing in front of a packed gym, FCC looked tense to open the game giving up seven points. After scoring their first basket, the Rams went on a 14-0 run and never looked back. Keyora Wharry and Breona Minor led FCC with seven points each in the first half. The score at halftime was 31-16, FCC. Minor finished with 11 points

In the second half, the Rams came out flat again for almost the 6th straight game. However, Santa Rosa wasn’t hitting their shots either. FCC sophomore guard Ali Orlich hit key threes in the second  half. She finished with 14 points. Wharry had her usual dominant  game with 19 points  to seal the victory for FCC.

FCC will face the winner of San Joaquin Delta and Sierra College in the Final Four March 14 – 16 at Cerritos College.
