Bizarre Take On D12’s Latest Album

Eminem is one of the greatest emcees to have ever graced the face of hip hop with his controversal lyrics and catchy style, in 1998 the rapper introduced his group d12. Also known as the dirty dozen, and the detroit 12.
The first appearance of the rappers was in Eminems sophmore album the Marshall Mathers Lp, track 17 titled “Under The Influence.” The group includes Eminem, Proof, Mr. Porter, Swifty, Bugz and Bizarre.
In 2001, D12 released their first mainstream album titled Devils Night, the album was an instant success. Giving Eminem’s group a time to shine and show the world what Detriot rap was all about.
The album featured such songs as “Fight Music,” “Purple pills,” and “Nutin But Music” Featuring Dr. Dre.
After the success of the first album, d12 decieded to drop their sophmore album a few years later titled D12 World, featuring Eminem, Dr. Dre, Mr. Porter, Kanye West and Dj Muggs from Cypress Hill.
I actually got a chance to sit down and interview Bizarre via telephone on up and coming group projects, his solo career and to speak on the death of Big Proof.
Proof was shot and killed a few years earlier in a Detriot club. I asked Bizarre how he had grown since the release of his first album, Attack Of The Weirdos. He responded by saying knowlege of the business and being a little bit more focused and more experienced. He went on to say “I think my voice even changed.”
There were many things that had happened to the group both personally and as a group, Bizarre spoke about a new D12 album on the way, and a new solo album coming later on.
Sometime this year there is going to be a new reality show that is all about Bizarre and how he got started rapping. It will also have his future plans for his career titled Bizarres World, He even spoke of a new movie coming out this fall that was being filmed that would define the group and clear up any misconceptions people might have about the group and what they stand for.
In the new up and coming D12 album Bizarre stated that their is much unreleased material from Proof thats going to be on the album. Bizarre stated that ” {Proof} was a big leader and had a big heart basically were just taking it day by day and we just keep doing this, cause its what Proof would of wanted us to do.”
Everyone in the group has been greatly pained by the loss of the great late Big Proof and instead of doing a tribute song for him, the group has decided to keep his legacy alive instead of saying goodbye.
Bizarre also spoke on a new solo project coming out Feb. 20th titled Hate Music and it’s only avaliable for purchase on his myspace, featuring artists Bone Crusher, Rehab and Eminem at www.myspace.com/bizarre.
So there are many great things in store for the rapper and his group this year and in the near future, despite the loss of one of their star members and leader, I referred to Big Proof as the Mayor of Hip Hip and Bizarre said that was the perfect name for him.
Be on the look for the new album, reality show and new feature film coming soon! Visit www.d12world.com for info.
