Shots fired on campus

*Updated-Added correction to information on damages Oct. 14, 5:00 p.m.* Many witnesses reported that shots were fired on Fresno City College’s campus this morning in Parking lot E at 11:15 a.m. No injuries were reported but there were damages to the greenhouse reported as well as damage to a vehicle’s window.

The suspects, described as three males, are still at large.

State Center Community College District and Fresno police are working together to locate the suspects in this shooting.

Fresno High School and Heaton Elementary have both been placed on lockdown though FCC remains open.

Students and instructors are reporting that they have not received any form of emergency update, text message or email.

According to The Fresno Bee, one suspect has been detained in connection with the shooting by Fresno P.D.
