Clovis Community College ‘continues to meet standards’, report says

Clovis Community College has been recognized once again as an accredited community college, an accreditation report said.

A State Center Community College District release revealed the good news for the district’s youngest college following a visit by an accreditation committee in the spring.

The state’s Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges said Clovis Community College “intended to increase institutional effectiveness and continues to meet standards.”

A follow-up report is expected in October and the college must provide evidence all recommended changes have been addressed in order to remain an accredited institution, the report said.
