Many stores will also have Halloween items marked down, so see if you can buy something to add to your home-made costume to give it the final touch.

A good way to spruce up the party would be to hang funny and scary things around your house. Be sure to decorate every corner of your home, you can also stuff clothing to make it look like dead bodies lying around.
