Douggy Fresh offers quality and low prices

Pizza is one of the longstanding staples in the average college student’s diet.
In today’s vast array of pizza selections, students can get lost with options on what is the highest quality pizza for the lowest price.
The students at Fresno City College have a large selection to choose from when it comes to pizza in the area, with the school cafeteria selling pizza, as well as Little Caesars having a location just down the street on Palm next to Fresno High School.
Although these two places that offer pizza are easy and accessible, they do not compare to the quality and low prices of the pizza at Douggy Fresh Pizza, also across the street from Fresno High on the corner of Palm and McKinley.
Douggy Fresh is a locally owned business with two locations in the greater Fresno metropolitan area. It has emerged on the pizza scene by offering low prices on pizza like a large one topping pizza for only $4.99.
Many of you out there may ask, “But what’s the difference between this pizza and Little Caesars?” It all comes down to the overall quality and taste of the pizza.
The pizza at this location excels because of the noticeably tastier crust, and the fact that the cheese actually has some elasticity instead of just falling apart like it does at some of the other locations that sell $5 pizzas.
One of the things that also sets Douggy Fresh apart is the fact that they sell all of the traditional pasta and salad dishes that would be typical more expensive at other pizza places. The selection of pasta and salad dishes range from about $4.99-10.00.
FCC students will find that the short walk or drive down to this great pizza location is worth it. Their tummies and wallets will agree.
