As many of us are graduating this semester, we look forward to what is next and how to better ourselves.

With that being said, there are a lot of ways to become more involved before attending a new school or beginning your life. For those of you that are a part of the LGBT and ally community, there are lots of opportunities for involvement in the Central Valley and across California.

There are several local organizations that are providing opportunities to get involved in the local events. It allows those who are interested in participating in a local movement and/or events to work with folks within the community. Which results in more volunteer opportunities in the future.

These events range from socials to getting involved with youth rights in schools and supporting young people in the events. It allows you to work with youth or students that have issues within their schools, homes, work place and/or in their personal life.
