The 29th Fresno City College Football Wall of Fame Induction Dinner will see seven new honorees, including six football players and one Cornerstone member, according to Kathy Bonilla, public information officer for FCC.

Dek Bake, Roosevelt Cooks, Kevin Hines, Paul Holland, Johnny Lopez, and Joe Tomasello are all former FCC football players who will be inducted into the FCC Football Wall of Fame at the induction dinner. Scott Nelson, a former Rams athletic trainer, will be this year’s Cornerstone inductee, according to Bonilla.

Each inductee was selected by a committee of current and former coaches, players, and wall of fame members. The honorees names will be etched on the marble wall on the home side of Ratcliffe Stadium. Including the seven new honorees, the Wall of Fame’s roster is now 191.

The induction dinner takes place Aug. 19, beginning at 5 p.m. at Pardini’s Catering & Banquets, 2257 West Shaw Ave, in Fresno. Dinner will be served at 6 p.m.
