Meet Reoz! (pronounced Ray-ohs) They are 23 years old and a second year Journalism major at FCC! She has lived in Fresno her whole life but only recently decided to return to school and pursue journalism. She’s very passionate about journalism and is an activist who advocates for things she feels are important. Her career goal is ultimately to become a news reporter or just work in a news room. This is their first semester working on the Rampage as well a first semester on in person campus at FCC and they are excited to be apart of the community that runs the student newspaper. She has always loved reading, writing, and researching so naturally journalism was an easy decision when it came to picking a major. In high school she would write her friends’ essays for them purely for enjoyment and even now still excels in essay papers. Although they have little experience with writing before, they hope that being in the Rampage this semester will help with new opportunities and chances to gain the skills needed to hopefully be prepared for bigger projects. She is looking forward to a great semester working on the Rampage!
