Hello, This person’s name is Ivan Heredia and is a Communications major at Fresno City College. He is twenty one years old and was born and raised here in Fresno California all his life. He was born in a family of both blue collar workers and white collar workers and is the first in his family to go to college. Journalism was something he has done on the side for fun and this is his first semester for journalism. An interesting fact about him is he does photography on the side as more of a personal hobby, so that skill could come in handy for Journalism. Ivan started photography about a year ago and has been enjoying this hobby ever since and his favorite types of photos are nature and cars, you might be able to find him at local car shows taking photos. A second interesting fact about him is he is a big movie lover, Ivan loves movies from different genres with action being my favorite. Some of his favorite movies are from the 70’s, 80’s, and 90’s, but he also enjoys movies in today’s current century. A third interesting fact about Ivan is he is a big sports fan, and would like to go into sports journalism later in his career. It started when he was very young and learning about sports. It was when he was watching reporters on the NFL he got to interview and be there in person to see the action go down and write about it. It intrigued him, and it had been his goal to get into sports journalism, but not just football. A big sports journalist that covers all the way from combat/physical sports to motor sports also.
